Kickboxing | Fighting Fit Gym


Our Kickboxing classes include light to heavy sparring as well as technique, strength and endurance focused training. You will take part in our grading and tournament events as well.

Our instructors are all ex South African champions, and have represented South Africa in international kickboxing events. You can also attend trials to become part of our tournament teams.
